By downloading, installing, or using NitroSocial ("the App") or accessing the NitroSocial website at nitrosocial.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App or Service.

2. Description of Service

NitroSocial is a social engagement platform that helps users grow their social media presence through a credit-based reciprocal engagement system. The Service includes:

• A desktop and web application for managing social engagements
• Integration with Twitter/X (and future social platforms)
• A credit system for tracking and exchanging engagements
• Tools for submitting posts to receive engagement from other users

3. Social Media Integration

NitroSocial connects to third-party social media services using OAuth authentication. By connecting your accounts:

• You authorize NitroSocial to perform engagements (likes, retweets, comments, follows) on your behalf
• You understand that engagements will be performed from your account
• You can revoke access at any time through your social media provider's settings

4. Credit System

The NitroSocial credit system operates as follows:

• You earn credits by engaging with other users' content
• You spend credits to receive engagement on your own posts
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to adjust credit values and policies
• Fraudulent activity may result in credit forfeiture and account termination

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide genuine engagements (no automated or fake interactions)
• Not use bots or automation to game the credit system
• Not submit content that violates social platform policies
• Not engage with content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Comply with the terms of service of connected social platforms

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or the credit system
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the Service in any way that could damage our systems or reputation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific engagement results, follower growth, or social media performance. Social platform policies may change and affect service functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NitroSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of social media accounts, reduced engagement, or actions taken by social platforms.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the credit system
• Engage in behavior harmful to other users or the platform

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
